Delete your account

In the game

1. Open Settings (the gear in the garage, or in the pause menu while driving).
2. Choose Account, then Delete my account.
3. Confirm with Delete for good. The phone needs an internet connection for this.

What is deleted

Your anonymous account, and everything our servers keep under it, right away and for good:

• its identifier;
• the problem reports you sent, with their pictures of the game's view and your notes;
• the daily counters that limit how many reports an account can send.

The game also resets the identifier used for crash reports and analytics on your phone, so later statistics are no longer linked to earlier ones.

What is not deleted

• Your game progress (money, cars, level, settings) and your driver name: they never leave your phone. Uninstalling the game removes them.
• Crash reports and analytics already sent, which carry no account identifier and are deleted on their own: crash reports after 90 days, analytics after no more than 14 months.

Without the game

If you no longer have the game, write to contact@deep-it.fr with the subject "Delete my account". Because the account is anonymous, tell us the date and the street of a problem report you sent, so that we find the right data. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
