Privacy policy
Short version: no ads, no tracking on this site, no real location, no name or email needed to play. The game sends us data only to keep it working, and analytics only if you agree.
Who is responsible
The data controller is DEEP IT CONSULTING, 47 avenue du 18 Juin 1940, 92500 Rueil-Malmaison, France. For any question about your data, write to contact@deep-it.fr.
This website
This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics and loads nothing from other sites: its fonts and images are served from the site itself. The host, Google (Firebase Hosting), keeps technical logs of requests (IP address, date, page, browser) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. The contact form keeps nothing: it opens your own mail app, and your email then reaches us like any other.
In the game
| What | Why | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Anonymous account: a random identifier created at first launch, with no name, email or phone number. | To link your problem reports to one installation and protect our services from abuse. | Performance of our agreement (the terms of use) |
| Game progress: money, cars, level, settings. | To save your game. It stays on your phone. | Performance of our agreement |
| Problem reports, only when you tap the flag: a picture of the game's view (never your camera or photos), where your car is in the game world, the game's context (car, time, weather, settings), the app version and phone model, and the note you write. | To find and fix the problem you saw. | Our legitimate interest in fixing the game, at your request |
| Crash reports: phone model, system version, app version, the technical trace of the crash, an installation identifier. | To fix crashes. | Your consent, asked at first launch |
| Gameplay analytics: events such as a ride completed, a level reached or a screen opened, with an installation identifier. | To understand what is hard or boring and improve the game. | Your consent, asked at first launch |
You can say no to crash reports and analytics, and change your mind at any time in the game's settings. The game works the same either way.
What we never collect
- Your real location: the game's map is a world inside the game, and it never asks for your phone's location.
- Your contacts, photos, camera or microphone.
- Advertising identifiers. There is no advertising, and we don't sell or rent any data.
Who processes it
Our services run on Google Cloud and Firebase (Google Ireland Limited and Google Cloud EMEA Limited), which process data on our behalf, under contract. Problem reports are stored in Google's Paris region. Crash reports and analytics may be processed by Google in other countries, including the United States, under the safeguards the GDPR requires (the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses). No one else receives your data, unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Problem reports and their pictures: 12 months, then deleted.
- Crash reports: 90 days.
- Analytics: no more than 14 months.
- Anonymous account: as long as the game is in use; it is deleted after 12 months without any activity.
- Emails you send us: as long as needed to answer, and no more than 3 years after our last exchange.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to object to or restrict its use, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to contact@deep-it.fr. Because your account is anonymous, we may ask for a reference shown in the game so that we find the right data; we never ask for more than that.
Deleting the game removes everything stored on your phone. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority, or to the authority of your country.
Children
The game asks for no personal details and shows no advertising. In France, a child under 15 needs a parent's agreement to accept optional analytics; the game's consent screen asks a young player to involve a parent.
Changes
If the game starts using data in a new way (accounts, multiplayer, purchases), we will update this policy first, show the new date above and, where needed, ask for your consent again in the game.
